How do I report incorrect bus times?

If you notice incorrect arrival times, please email us at support@ridevy.com with the stop name, route number, and details of the issue. We work directly with TfL and other transport providers to ensure data accuracy.

Is Ridevy free to use?

Yes! Ridevy's core features including real-time bus arrivals, nearby stops, and journey planning are completely free. Premium features like unlimited Get Off Alerts and an ad-free experience are available with a subscription.

Which cities does Ridevy support?

Ridevy currently supports London (with TfL integration), Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff, Belfast, and Nottingham. We're constantly expanding our coverage.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select Ridevy to manage your subscription.

Why isn't my location working?

Make sure you've granted Ridevy location permissions in your iPhone Settings. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Ridevy and select "While Using the App" or "Always" for Get Off Alerts.
